The service was exceptional, totally satisfied. The staff was fast, provided a hassle-free check-in and a late check-out.

By and large, it was nice place for sightseeing in Istanbul, had much fun and met professional staff from the valet to the manager. I had an a nice size room with comfortable bed and an electronic key card, a work desk, and coffee and tea making equipment. I ate at a very comfy restaurant.

The central location of this venue made it convenient for exploring tourist spots during my business trip, making it a truly enjoyable stay.

Comfort of rooms, cleanliness, airiness

The room I reserved was not available upon check and the staff were unwilling to offer compensation or a reduced rate for a lower grade room available. A room was then made available but only near midnight, when staff encouraged my moving. In short, front desk staff did not work to solve problems and were too focused on bottom dollar line until one of the upper management stepped in. Breakfast options a little limited (passing off honey as maple syrup doesn't work either). Gym hours should also be longer. Potential to be a good stay.

well, it's more about taxi drivers in Istanbul: no taxi driver recognized it, and all needed to ask other drivers on the road for directions

The hotel is amzing, would recommend to people travelling to Istanbul. Its neet and clean, staff is very helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. Service is very quick. Over all an excellent hotel.

They must do something about the breakfast. Food is good, but practically same every day. Must change the menu.
